After graduating from high school, he launched an electrical equipment company and successfully converted it into a joint-stock corporation. After working in sales at Softbank, he joined TheNewGate Inc. After serving as Director and CIO, he is currently serving as Director and COO. Currently, as COO (Chief Operating Officer), he provides management support and manages business execution by giving instructions to those responsible for various operations. His hobbies include kickboxing, futsal, and traveling.

商経学部経営学科を卒業後、サービス業にて接客に従事。その後広告代理店や通信業界にて無形商材、有形商材のtoB・toCに対して提案営業を経験。 前職を通して代表の松下に出会い、話を聞いていく中でビジョンと人柄に惹かれ、近くで一緒にそのビジョンを追って行きたいと思いTNGに入社。執行役員CAOとして人事・労務・法務・事務・経理・広報など、それぞれの担当課全体を管理。好きなものはお酒、アニメ、甥と姪。

After living in New Zealand for four years, he was inspired by the country’s advanced IT infrastructure to return to Japan and help drive its technological progress. He joined TheNewGate in December 2021. Currently, as an engineer in the CyTech Division, he is deeply involved in the development and CS improvement of "CyTech." He also serves as a key member of the organization, supporting both technical development and member education through 1-on-1 sessions and curriculum distribution. His hobby is weight training. His transition to the IT industry was sparked by a desire to resolve operational inefficiencies he encountered in his career, as well as a discovered passion for data analysis and building automated systems using spreadsheet functions. Since joining TheNewGate in April 2022, he has gained diverse experience in mobile retail, utility call centers, and as a Section Leader in the HR Division, as well as participating in the TDP (Public Relations) team. Currently, as a Group Leader in the HR Division of the ICT Headquarters, he serves as the head of the West Japan area for the general staffing department. He is responsible for staff and client relations, as well as sales management and strategic planning for the entire region. After gaining experience in help desk operations, she was appointed to the Human Resources Recruitment Department. Currently, in the Recruitment Division of the Corporate Management Headquarters, she serves as a coordinator. Her role includes conducting interviews, managing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), communicating with candidates, and overseeing the team that guides applicants through to their official job offers. Her hobbies include watching Korean dramas and going to the gym once a week to stay fit.
